E. Daniel Miller, CPA, PC is a public accounting firm providing accounting, payroll, and tax preparation services. Our clients range from individuals to small and medium-sized businesses, covering a wide array of industries. We are a regional firm serving Charlotte and the surrounding areas; however, we do have clients across the nation. We work with our clients in the manner most convenient to them, as we know they have a busy schedule. We utilize a secure online portal to exchange information with our clients for their ease. We are glad to meet in person, your place or ours, or schedule a virtual visit. We are always available via phone, email, and text. Our focus is providing quality professional services to our clients that are meaningful to their business and helps them be prepared for their individual and business tax returns. We have over 20 years of professional public accounting experience and a drive to serve our clients. Our goal is to be a public accounting and tax practice that offers more services to our clients than others would offer, while keeping our services cost effective for our clients.
Payroll
Our goal is to remove the burden of payroll from our clients and to provide the peace of mind that comes with compliance. We record employee time and wages for our clients, calculating payroll for them and their employees according to the clients pay period, and facilitate direct deposit also.
Income Tax
We prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts, as well as FBAR tax returns. Whether simple tax returns or complex tax returns, we provide the same level of quality and customer service to each client.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
We provide all the necessary components of a client’s business accounting structure, helping the client maintain their books and general ledger. We perform data entry and bookkeeping all the way through to completion of the financial statements.
Consulting
We are available to consult with clients on issues ranging from cash flow to budgeting to tax strategy; we service a number of industries that has given us insight into the challenges our clients face.
